1981 Halloween Mystery Costume

So my mom was going through old photos the other day and came across a Halloween picture of me and my cousin. This would have been taken in 1981.

After getting over the laughter of how ridiculous me and my cousin looked, I began looking closer at my costume. Who the hell was I supposed to be?  The top of the dress seems to show a girl that looks like either a scare crow or rag doll. She has an orange tabby cat and the name Jenny seems to be next to her or above her cat.

On the other side my raised pumpkin bag covers the word that ends in "ins"maybe.  I tried to find another picture of that Halloween but this seems to be the only one in existence.

I looked up the obvious 80's choices of Rainbow Bright, Care Bears, Holly Hobbie, and Cabbage Patch Kids (even though they didn't come out until about 1993).  I did the obvious searches for 80's kids Costumes and 80's plastic Halloween masks etc. I asked my mom if she made the dress part and just bought the mask and she is positive she bought the whole thing as a costume.

I researched kids TV shows in 1981 and the 80's and none of them show this character of Jenny or weird rag doll girl with an orange cat.  The closest I saw was a Holly Hobbie box that had an orange tabby cat on it. The costume and mask is not the same though.

So anyone out there have any idea what I was for Halloween because it is driving me crazy not knowing!!!
